We are down to six banks in the Moutain-Plains coverage. An undisclosed buyer has agreed to acquire Solera National Bancorp, Inc. (SLRK:OTC) for $70 million or $17.99 per share. This is roughly 66% of tangible book and 3.1x earnings. These are outrageously low multiples, but good for the buyer. We have revised estimates for those banks we cover in the Mountain-Plains who continue to put up the fight.
