BVR was founded in 2025 by Matthew C. Schultheis, CFA with more than 25 years of professional experience in and around the banking sector.  His experience includes roles and leadership in:

·         Developing and implementing internal strategic planning departments,

·         Balance sheet analysis,

·         Capital optimization, and
